Once you book your picnic, we arrive at the location 30 minutes to 1 hour prior your arrival so everything is ready for your event!

Your picnic experience will last 2 hours! You can extend your time if needed. 

If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we are more than happy to offer a complimentary reschedule in a time frame of 3 months, or we can move your picnic indoor.

Deposit are non-refundable. If you need to cancel please let us know 72 hours in advance.

Yes, we can customize picnics for children's parties. 

You are more than welcome to bring your own food! While alcohol is not permitted at parks, if your picnic is at your house, that is totally fine.

We recommend a 72 hour notice, however it always depends on availability so we recommend that you plan ahead so you can secure your desired date and time.
